While the little Paypal elves tell you they will be, it's just not so.
Yes, we remember the thrill of dashing to the Post Office to purchase the newest commemorative plate blocks
and slipping them gingerly into $30 acid-free non-yellowing cellophane display portfoilos only to have them
destroyed when the water heater broke and flooded the closet during spring vacation. While there are plenty of
great reasons to visit the post office nowadays, like buying bubble wrap, making copies or getting a passport,
none of these is really compelling enough to justify mailing you something only to get it back in a day or two.

On the other hand - we DO mail season tickets

If you still feel unfulfilled, we'll have our Box Office Manager greet you
in a pair of unflattering blue shorts, black socks and a USPS helmet
at the ticket booth when you pick up your tickets there
He/She can even scold you for letting your dog out without a leash.

++Refunds cost us a lot, both in fees and in manpower.
We'd MUCH rather trade tickets for another performance.
If there's no way to work that out, we can easily
convert them to tax deductible donations.
